Product description

Ingredients :
Golden Yod Flour, Mae Somchit 500 g.
20 duck eggs
3 cups of granulated sugar
1 ½ cups of floating flower water

Product Infomation :  The 1st Thong Yod Flour for clean, safe, sanitary and fumigate Thai desserts. No need to fumigate again. You will get clean, sweet and tasty Golden Drop. Suitable for golden Thread, Pinched Gold Egg Yolk and Jackfruit seed also.

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
Step 2
Place the egg yolk on a thin white cloth. Then squeeze the egg yolks into the mixing bowl to strain the yolk pulp to make the eggs smoother. Beat the egg yolks until fluffy, then add Thong Yod flour "Mae Somchit" and beat again to combine.
Step 3
Mix floral water and sugar. Set the heat to high until the sugar boils and simmer for about 20 minutes until it becomes a thick syrup.
Step 4
When finished, pour the syrup separately into a bowl for soaking Thong Yod. And in the other part, set the fire for dropping Thong Yod.
Step 5
Bring the syrup to a boil all the time. Use the end of a curry spoon to scoop out the dough. Make the right amount. Use your thumb to push the dough into the pan.
Step 6
The cake floats up, showing that it's cooked. Use a strainer to scoop out the dessert and place it in a separate bowl of syrup. Then scoop it up and arrange it on a beautiful plate.
