Ingredients: Tapioca starch, water, salt, hydroxypropyl distraca, phosphate E1442, sodium carboxymethylcellulose E466, starch acetate E1420
Product Information : For softer, chewier tapioca boba pearls, cook them a few minutes longer than recommended. Add a sweetener of your choice, such as sugar, brown sugar, honey, agave for a more intense flavor. They must be consumed within 6 hours.
How to use:
1) Boil 10 cups of water for each cup of tapioca (water : tapioca = 10:1). Add the tapioca and mix.
2) When the tapioca pearls rise to the surface, cover the pot with a lid. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave the pearls in the pot for another 2-3 minutes (adjust the time according to taste, the longer they stay in the pot the softer the pearls become).
3) Drain the pearls and leave them in cold water for 20 seconds.
4) Add pearls into tea, coffee or desserts. These tapioca pearls are delicious for both hot and cold drinks.
