Cold and nasal congestion are the most annoying symptoms of the flu, and contribute to a general feeling of malaise. The preparation, applied with a delicate massage on the chest and back, releases essential oils which help to clear the airways, thus facilitating breathing, bringing relief from coughs and sore throats due to colds.

VICKS VapoRub Ointment 100 g. It has a triple action on flu symptoms, acting on cough, sore throat and stuffy nose.

How to use VICKS VapoRub : the preparation can be used in two ways
1. Apply the ointment with a gentle massage for 3-5 minutes on the chest, throat, back, finishing with the application of a thick layer on the chest. The application can be repeated 2 times a day, including once in the evening before sleeping.
2. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of product in half a liter of hot water and inhale the released steam for a maximum of 10 minutes. The prepared mixture should not be heated during inhalation and should be used only once.

Warnings VICKS VapoRub Ointment 100 g.: Do not apply to wounds, abrasions, and mucous membranes. Do not ingest or apply directly into the nostrils, eyes, mouth or face.

Do not use the preparation in children under 30 months of age, do not administer by inhalation to children under 6 years of age.

The preparation should not be administered to patients with allergy or hypersensitivity to one or more components of the drug, patients with a history of epilepsy or febrile convulsions.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding it is advisable to consult your doctor before administration.

Composition VICKS VapoRub Ointment 100 g.: active ingredients: Camphor 5 g., Turpentine Essential Oil 5 g., Menthol 2.75 g, Eucalyptus Essential Oil 1.50 g. Excipients: Thymol, Cedar Wood Essential Oil, White Vaseline.
