Product Information : Thai Khao Soi Paste is used to make Northern Thai Khao Soi, a soup-like dish with a mix of deep-fried crispy egg noodles and boiled egg noodles, pickled mustard greens, shallots, lime, ground chilies fried in oil, and meat in a curry-like sauce containing coconut milk. The curry is somewhat similar to that of yellow or massaman curry but of a thinner consistency. It is popular as a street dish in northern Thailand.
Khao Soi Recipe:
1. Fry one pack of curry paste with approx. 700g of your favorite protein for 20 minutes.
2. Add 500 ml of coconut milk and 1500 ml of water.
3. After it's boiling, add meat (or protein) and simmer until tender.
4. Serve with egg or wonton noodles and pickled cabbage
