Directions: Cabbage Kimchi
1. Wash one whole Chinese cabbage (about 400 g.), cut in half (lengthwise) and drain. Wash 50g. carrots and 50g. green (spring) onions, cut in strips.
2. Gradually rub seasoning into each cabbage leaf. Add carrot and green onion in between.
3. After blending, transfer Kimchi into a suitable container, seal and leave at room temperature for 1 night.
4. Keep in a refrigerator for another 2 nights. Ready to serve.
