Ingredients:Sugar, Salt, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soybean, Maize, Maltodextrin), Star Anise Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Anti-Caking Agent (E341(iii)), Colour (Paprika (E160c)), Natural Flavour.
Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix 100 gram.
Recipe: Roast Red Pork
1. Prepare 1.2 kg. (2.6 lbs.) pork loin, cut into pieces about 1 inch wide.
2. Dissolve contents of this packet with 1 cup (240 ml.) water, soak the pork in and mix evenly with the marinade.Marinate for 2-3 hour.
3. Place the cuts of marinated pork loin in a non-stick pan and cook on a low heat. Remember not to make the cuts overlapped. Cover for 5 minutes. Turn the cuts over and cover for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove the lid and turn the cuts occasionally until done, having nice smell and colour. Transfer the cuts into a plate and serve.
