Delicious Whole Yellow Catfish, with a mild sweet flavour and firm but succulent flesh. Its enjoyed in various Asian countries, particularly in Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Catfish is greatly suited to deep-frying but can also be cooked by steaming, grilling, baking and pan frying. In Chinese cuisine, it can be used to make steamed yellow catfish or Sichuan catfish recipes. While for Japanese cuisine it can be used to prepare a traditional Catfish Kabayaki.
Keep frozen -18 or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before consumption
