Roast Red Pork
Cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs) pork butt, cut into long pieces about 1 1/2 x 8 inches
2. Dissolve contents of 1 packet with 1 cup (240 ml) water. Soak the pork and marinate for 2-3 hours
3. Bake at 400 Degree F (200 Degree C) for 20 minutes, or charcoal grill or broil until well done
4. Slice thinly. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre or as a garnish for chop suey, fried noodles and fried rice
Teriyaki Spare Ribs
Cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs) spare ribs, cut into desired pieces
2. Dissolve the contents of this packet with 1/2 cup (120 ml) orange juice. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoons ketchup
3. Soak well and marinade for 2-3 hours
4. Bake at 400 Degree F for 20 minutes, or charcoal grill or broil until well done
