Ho Ho Curry Paste
1 cup glass noodles soaked in water until soft
½ cup pickled bamboo shoots
¼ cup each of yardlong beans, eggplant, brinjal

1 lemongrass, chopped
5 kaffir lime leaves
Spring onions, coarsely chopped coriander, 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 ½ cup Hang Lay curry
½ teaspoon Hung Lay powder

How to do it
1. Pound the curry paste together thoroughly.
2. Stir-fry the curry paste with oil until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry. Add hard-cooked vegetables, followed by bamboo shoots.
3. Add a little water just enough to stir, add glass noodles, Hung Lay powder, followed by Hung Lay curry. Stir to combine.
4. Add coconut milk, then easily cooked vegetables. Stir-fry until cooked. Lift.
