Ingredients: galanga, shallots, salt, chili, garlic, lemongrass, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), paprika extract. This product may contain traces of fish.
Cooking directions: Blend 100 g cooked fish or one canned tuna (140 g). Heat saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil with content of this package. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until fragrant. Add 2 cups of coconutmilk (480 ml). Add blended fish and bring to a boil. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with vermicelli , pickled leaf mustard, bean sprout and fresh vegetables.
